• No Cloud Upload: Your test data never leaves your device unless you purchase the AI analysis service

What Happens When You Clear Browser Data

If you clear your browser cache or local storage, all your locally saved test records will be permanently deleted. We cannot recover this data as it never reaches our servers.

Payment Processing

One-Time Payment for AI Analysis

• The SCL-90 basic assessment is completely free
• If you choose to purchase AI deep analysis, there is a one-time fee of $1.99
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor
• We do not receive, process, or store any payment card information
• Payment transactions are encrypted and secure

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for the AI analysis service.

Once you complete your purchase and receive access to the AI analysis report, the transaction is complete and non-refundable. Please review the free basic assessment results before deciding to purchase the AI analysis.

AI Analysis Data Storage

When you purchase the AI deep analysis service:

• Your test session data is securely transmitted to our server for AI processing
• The AI-generated analysis report is stored in our secure cloud database
• You receive a unique link to access your AI report
• Your AI report is stored permanently and can be accessed anytime using your unique session link
• Only you have access to your AI report through the unique session ID

Anonymous Service

Our service is completely anonymous:

• No registration required
• No email required
• No personal information collected
• Each test session receives a random, unique identifier
• We cannot identify who completed any specific assessment

Data Security
